     While cost can be a factor in choosing a doctor, it should not be the main reason.  In today's insurance coverage enviornment, which includes increased deducable and co-pay amounts you have to pay along with decreased number of visits and therapies allowed, it is often a challange for patients to obtain the type and amount of care you deserve.  And, of course, it is still very uncommon for insurance to cover nutrition, prevention or wellness care.
